The house, whose construction is not yet complete, will cover just over 15 square meters.

"The building is only 2 meters wide, about power vehicle on the highway without a special permit," said David Bryan.

Although there is a mini-house, the amount of work required to build is enormous. David Bryan and Veda Koncan have also used several friends to carry out their project.

"The biggest challenge was the planning, because in a small space, every centimeter counts," says Bryan.

A total of five people can sleep in the house, which will include a composting toilet, solar panels for electricity and a wood stove for heating. However, there is no plumbing and residents themselves will have to carry water.

The construction of the mini house of David Bryan and Veda Koncan is valued at $ 20,000. Using salvaged building materials helped reduce costs.

Carpenter, Bryan shares his knowledge with friends who help under construction. It enjoys the same time the expertise of his friends welders and electricians.

"Although it is only a second home, our mini-house is a pride because of its ecological side," said Veda Koncan.
