Against the invasions of cockroaches: prevention
Starve cockroaches not leaving water or food within their reach.
- Clean cooking every meal to remove the crumbs and if you spill a substance, quickly blot,
- Place food (kibble ...) of your animals in a bowl you close after each meal and avoid if possible to let the water dish available at night
- Keep your closed trash and empty the daily,
- Wash dishes after every meal,
- Eliminate fat deposits that will eventually close the cooking space (hob, oven)
- Empty possibly cups water your indoor plants,
- Repair any water leaks.
Lower the temperature and humidity of your home. For this, air regularly and clean the vents. In winter made a purge cold by lowering the temperature below -4 ° C. Cockroaches and their egg cases (eggs) can not withstand more than 12 to the cold temperature.

Make friends with a hedgehog: hedgehogs are super cockroaches hunters.
Do not crush cockroaches: a crushed cockroach releases its egg case and spreads her eggs.
